$strobe_compare

Here is the PLI application $strobe_compare which compares pairs of signals when called from RTL code or the VCS command line. A typical application is to compare the gate level pins with the RTL pins in a parallel simulation.

This code is based on work done by the VCS Support team, with cleanups by Oscar Strohacker and me on 4/5/02.

strobe.c - The C code that does the comparison

strobe.tab - The VCS table file to connect the C code to a model

strobe.v - An example model which uses $strobe_compare

Makefile - commands to compile and run with VCS

run - Unix script to compile and run with VCS
